2. Services & Admissions

  • Assessment: Admission to Bharosa Rehab is subject to a clinical assessment by our psychiatric team. We reserve the right to refuse admission if the patient’s medical condition requires an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or surgical intervention not available at our facility.
  • Voluntary & Involuntary Admission: We adhere strictly to the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. Admissions may be voluntary (patient consent) or supported (family/nominated representative consent) based on the severity of the condition and medical necessity.
  • No Guarantee of Cure: Medicine and rehabilitation are not exact sciences. While we utilize evidence-based treatments and have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or a "cure" for addiction or psychiatric disorders, as recovery depends on multiple factors including patient cooperation.


3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for outpatient consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced.
  • Room Booking: To reserve a bed/room, an advance payment may be required.
  • Refund Policy:
  • Prior to Admission: If a booking is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled admission, a refund (minus administrative charges) may be processed.
  • Post Admission: Once a patient is admitted, fees paid for the minimum commitment period (e.g., 15 days or 30 days) are generally non-refundable, as the bed and resources have been blocked for the patient. Exceptions are made solely at the discretion of the Management.


4. Patient Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe recovery environment for all, patients and families must adhere to our rules:

  • Contraband: Possession of alcohol, drugs, weapons, or unapproved medications on the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Violence: Any act of physical violence, harassment, or verbal abuse towards staff or other patients will result in immediate discharge or legal action.
  • Confidentiality: Patients and visitors must respect the privacy of other residents. Taking photos or videos of other patients is strictly forbidden.
